Exercise Improves Liver Health!

Exercise is so important to general health, but it is also critical in maintaining a healthy liver. There are numerous articles and studies that highlight the impact of exercise on your liver health. Penn State conducted an meta-analysis of 14 of those studies and confirmed findings that a target goal of 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise per week can make "clinically meaningful improvement" on liver health.
